Sophia is a NYC based actor and singer currently training for her MFA in the NYU Tisch Graduate Acting Program.

In high school, Sophia was a finalist at the National High School Musical Theatre Awards (Jimmy Awards) and had the honor of performing on Broadway. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance from Wagner College in New York City. During college, she spent a semester training in London and a summer teaching English in Italy.

Recent credits: Nine in Concert with Santino Fontana, The House of Blue Leaves, Yerma, Home Sweet Homeland, Two by Two: The 50th Anniversary Concert, Saturday Night Fever, Sweeney Todd, Nine, Hair and Anything Goes. Sophia is also passionate about teaching and has been an acting and singing coach in Madison, WI for Capitol City Theatre’s Find Your Light Intensive for high school performers as well as coaching students privately.

When she is not performing, Sophia is passionate about: cooking, reading, being outside, podcasts, turtlenecks, traveling, museums, admiring other people’s dogs, and visiting her family in her home state of Wisconsin. Sophia is a proud member of Actor’s Equity.
