Sophia is a NYC based actor and singer who recently graduated with her MFA from the NYU Tisch Graduate Acting Program.

In high school, Sophia was a finalist at the National High School Musical Theatre Awards (Jimmy Awards) and had the honor of performing on Broadway. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance from Wagner College in New York City. During college, she spent a semester training in London and a summer teaching in Italy.

Recent credits: They Made it a Musical! at Westport Country Playhouse, Nine and Follies in Concert with Transport Theatre Group, A Midsummer Night’s Dream directed by Mark Wing-Davey, and The Hypochondriac directed by Mark Brokaw. Other favorites include: The Thugs, The House of Blue Leaves, Yerma, Home Sweet Homeland, and Two by Two: The 50th Anniversary Concert. Sophia has also worked as a private acting and singing coach and as a teacher for Capitol City Theatre’s Find Your Light Intensive.

When she is not performing, Sophia loves: cooking, reading, being outside, podcasts, turtlenecks, traveling, museums, admiring other people’s dogs, and visiting her family in her home state of Wisconsin. Sophia is a proud member of Actor’s Equity.
